David Sauls is the Director of Operations at WinDoor. He is a Florida native and started in the window and door business at PGT Custom Windows + Doors  in 2001, after an extensive career in the United States Marine Corps.

At PGT, he has held several positions of increasing responsibility. He led the company through the downturn while still increasing safety, profit and quality.

David has a big heart when it comes to family. He is a husband and father to two daughters. He treats everyone as if they are his own family.

He has a knack for winning  teams over and motivating them to excellence. He has a way with people and will stop to make the time to hear each person out.

Catherine Terry is the Human Resources Manager at WinDoor. She was born in Bogotá, Colombia, relocated to Florida in 1997 and currently resides in Melbourne, Florida with her husband. Upon arriving in the United States, Catherine dedicated substantial time and effort towards learning English, finalizing her US citizenship and completing her formal education, ultimately resulting in a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from NOVA Southeastern University. Helping others is Catherine’s passion, which is largely why she chose a career in human resources.

Catherine’s definitive goal is to provide assistance and guidance to company employees, with the intent to enhance WinDoor’s performance as a whole, but likewise encourage individuals to succeed.
